Refund Policy

Once you have actually begun your Consult, and have had the benefit of this service, there will be no refunds, all sales are final.  

If you need to change your Consult date, please email us with alternative dates and we will be happy to reschedule.   

If you want to cancel your Consult and have already paid for and booked your date, a full refund will be given 72 hours in advance of your Consult.  

However, for less than 72 hours’ notice, there may be a cancellation fee, if we can’t book a replacement Consult.  That said, we will try and be as flexible as we can, so please email us at and provide as much detail about your reasons for cancelling.
